OUR PROGRAMMES
Certified Consulting Professional
Programme information
The Certified Consulting Professional programme is a certification programme suitable to candidates who have three or more years of professional experience. They come from a broad range of educational backgrounds and are working or have experience in a consulting practice in the engineering and infrastructure industries.
The qualification validates the Certified Consulting Professional’s skills to work in a professional capacity within a consulting practice in the engineering and infrastructure industry, demonstrating their understanding of commercial and operational issues, management of risks, marketing and business development, human resources including health, safety and welfare and financial management, and FIDIC’s three key values of Quality, Integrity, and Sustainability.
Although participation in a training course is not a prerequisite to undertake the FCCP exam, candidates who have previously attended relevant training courses (e.g., Young
Professional Management Training, Future Leaders Management, or in-house training programmes provided by some large consulting firms) are encouraged to participate in this internationally accepted qualification which they can use in the global consulting arena to further their careers.
